How to add images to a survey
Adding images to a survey can help respondents identify brands, explain new concepts, provide additional context, and much more. Work with your Survey Directors to add images to your survey. In most cases, you just need to email the images to the Survey Directors.
The Survey Directors will embed your images into text objects that can be used throughout the survey. Here's an example of what this might look like:

Considerations
- Image size: 100-300 pixels is an ideal range for the dimensions. If an image is too large or too small, it will be difficult to view, especially for respondents on mobile devices
- Image loading and respondent bandwidth: Large images or questions with lots of images add to the load time on the survey. Respondents in areas with low bandwidth or limited data might have difficulty loading the images.
- Disabilities: Respondents with poor eyesight or other impairments may have difficulty viewing images. That's why it's important to provide alt text that describes the image. If a user cannot see the image, they can view or hear the alt text through assistive technology.
