Distributing the survey (Direct send)

IncQuery can easily support direct sends to respondents. There are two options for direct sends:

• Single link – One single live link to send to all respondents, ID are assigned when the respondent starts the survey. This option is easiest to manage, but does not allow for tracking respondents.
• Unique links – IncQuery provides a spreadsheet of IDs and unique links where the ID can be pre-assigned thus enabling tracking on who has and who hasn’t completed the survey. This option requires more management.

The choice between styles boils down to tracking. If you need to be able to track which individuals have completed the survey than unique links will be needed, but this method requires more management
